- Custom software development
- Application development
- Digital consulting and solutions
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:- If the project has not yet started
- If a cancellation request is made within a reasonable time after payment
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:- Once the project has started or work has been delivered
- Delays caused by the client (lack of communication, missing content, etc.)
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Services that have been completed and approved
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted depending on the amount of work completed. Any such decision will be made at our sole discretion.5. Revisions Instead of Refunds
We encourage clients to request revisions if they are not satisfied. Revisions will be provided based on the agreed project scope or package.6. Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal action if necessary.7. Processing Time
