2. Cancellation Before Project Start

Clients may cancel a project before work has begun. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation After Project Start

Once a project has started, cancellation may still be requested; however:
  • Charges will apply for work already completed
  • Any deposits or upfront payments may be non-refundable
  • Partial refunds, if applicable, will be determined at our sole discretion

4. Subscription and Ongoing Services

For recurring or subscription-based services:
  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once it has started
  • Services will continue until the end of the active billing cycle

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:
  • Providing timely communication during the cancellation process
  • Clearing any outstanding payments for completed work

6. Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if:
  • There is a violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Payments are not made on time
  • The client engages in abusive or unlawful behavior

7. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:
  • All work may be paused or terminated immediately
  • Deliverables completed up to the cancellation date may be provided upon request
  • Access to ongoing services or platforms may be revoked

8. Processing of Approved Refunds

Any eligible refunds related to cancellations will be processed according to our Refund Policy within 7–14 business days.
